It&#8217;s said that managers are aware of only 7% of conflicts in their teams (though, honestly, we haven&#8217;t been able to trace the source). <\/p>\n<p>In From Insight to Engagement,&#8221; we &#8211; together with the entire team &#8211; lift the rug to see what has been swept underneath over the years. Then we tackle the problems &#8211; still together with the entire team &#8211; to engage employees in prioritizing, finding, planning, and implementing actions. <\/p>\n<p>The process (&#8220;From Insight to Engagement&#8221;), done in collaboration with Columbi, is suitable for teams of around ten people and above. Workshops are conducted with groups of approximately the size of a school class. <br \/>In the process, we develop the team, work methods, and dialogue with and between employees &#8211; simultaneously.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We start with a digital interview, based on customized open questions where respondents process their answers themselves.<\/li>\n<li>We continue by compiling and analyzing the responses.<\/li>\n<li>Then we hold a workshop (within two weeks) with the ENTIRE team, where they process the results and discuss the issues that have surfaced.<\/li>\n<li>Together, we prioritize, mainly involving the affected employees, and create an action plan.<\/li>\n<li>Then we handle the follow-up, of course, with continued openness and engagement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the description here, the method works just as well for &#8220;going from already good to even better,&#8221; of course.<br \/>In the process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We identify and address irritations in the everyday work.
