You will get instant feedback on your stress level, with an explanation of the result. Then you head over to the Balance page; there, you will see your health balance. Here you will see feedback & suggestions for improvement.

Do you have a problem sleeping? Our suggestions provided over 30 tips for improved sleep. All are based on science and include the importance of light and how to set your circadian rhythm.
