Turn Insight into Engagement and Solutions

Is there something bothering the team? Perhaps a lot? Poor atmosphere, lack of efficiency, or quality issues?
But you find it challenging to pinpoint what’s behind it?
You’re in good company. It’s said that managers are aware of only 7% of conflicts in their teams (though, honestly, we haven’t been able to trace the source).

In From Insight to Engagement,” we – together with the entire team – lift the rug to see what has been swept underneath over the years. Then we tackle the problems – still together with the entire team – to engage employees in prioritizing, finding, planning, and implementing actions.

The process (“From Insight to Engagement”), done in collaboration with Columbi, is suitable for teams of around ten people and above. Workshops are conducted with groups of approximately the size of a school class.
In the process, we develop the team, work methods, and dialogue with and between employees – simultaneously.

  • We start with a digital interview, based on customized open questions where respondents process their answers themselves.
  • We continue by compiling and analyzing the responses.
  • Then we hold a workshop (within two weeks) with the ENTIRE team, where they process the results and discuss the issues that have surfaced.
  • Together, we prioritize, mainly involving the affected employees, and create an action plan.
  • Then we handle the follow-up, of course, with continued openness and engagement.

In addition to the description here, the method works just as well for “going from already good to even better,” of course.
In the process:

  • We identify and address irritations in the everyday work. Those things that “people get annoyed with” and that lower the mood and team spirit.
  • We show employees that management listens and respects them, their work, and their competence.
  • We strengthen camaraderie, collaboration, and engagement.
  • We help employees improve the “HOW” and maybe even clarify their “Why.”

The methodology is well-established and has been successfully used for everything from improving the work environment to executive teams and even dysfunctional teams.
